I believe in "practical approaches"
i.e. once upon a time a manager ask 2 candidates how much water is in the bulb,
1st person take length breadth height & calculate,
it require 20 min.
the next one take bulb & pour it in measuring jar,
it require hardly 1 min.

It all depends on your approaches of looking and dealing with things that makes you better managers or managing yourself and people around you..
